Sohu TV (搜狐视频) : Streaming video platform with licensed HD shows, original series and social follow feeds.

Sohu TV is the video arm of Sohu, a pioneering Chinese internet portal, and was among the first services to offer fully licensed HD shows from 2008.

Viewers stream movies, TV dramas, variety and documentaries plus imported U.S. dramas; Sohu TV also makes its own web series and short-form dramas.

A follow stream distributes short video and live clips through real-person social ties rather than an algorithmic feed, helping creators reach audiences via their own networks.

What is Sohu TV known for?

Sohu TV was a pioneer in bringing US TV shows to China legally, including "The Big Bang Theory" and "Grey's Anatomy." It maintains a classic drama library and produces some original content. It was a first-mover in online video but now holds a much smaller market share.
