Joyrun (悦跑圈) : China's run-tracking app for GPS miles, running clubs and online marathons.
Joyrun launched in Guangzhou in February 2014 as a running-focused sports data platform. GPS logs, pace analytics and an anti-cheating check form its core.
Runners join some 29,000 registered running clubs, follow training plans and sync wearable watches. Joyrun counts over 110 million users and about 2.2 million active daily.
Co-founder Feng Liang helped pioneer China's online-marathon format in 2015, letting runners finish official race distances anywhere for a medal.
Is Joyrun suitable for beginners?
